A longstanding client of AM2PMFitness has completed his ‘recomp phase’.
Starting at 75kg bodyweight, reaching the highs of 84kg and now back to 79kg in just under 2 years.
He came to me with a skinny build looking to increase size, particularly on chest & arms. No nutrition plan, a tailored exercise plan as well as the online coaching service.

Now the focus is leaning out the mid section whilst continuing to grow muscle tissue & definition.

GLUTE GROWTH PHASE
Instructing & Coaching my client through a strength & muscle building phase specificially focused on growing glutes & legs.
June 2023 - Nov 2023

My client came to me with a goal to bulk and build mass on her legs + glutes. With a light focus on nutrition and a macro goal set in place, as well as a full tracked workout plan (3 days a week) using my exclusive fitness app.

Weight has fluctuated, starting at 50kg and reaching heights of 54kg, then maintaing around 53kg
Aim is to now tighten up the midsection and focus on increasing glute and lower body muscle growth.

FAT LOSS PHASE
June 2022 - March 2023
Losing fat & weight whilst also increasing muscle tissue is hard. It requires discipline and constant adherence to a strict routine.
In just over 10 months, I’ve managed to lose 12kg (26.5lbs) whilst still gaining muscle tissue.
Dedicated focus on calories and macros, as well as a 5-6 day a week exercise programme. Also, taking into account daily activity and monitoring factors like sleep, water intake, steps, and stress levels.
Starting weight was 86kg, and have now transitioned to 73.8kg, with a massive drop in body fat %.
STRENGTH TRAINING PHASE
Feb 2023 - Feb 2024
My client joined the Online Fitness Coaching team specifically to increase strength & mass. This
started with a focus on building out his shoulders & arms, as well as adhering to a 4 day a week
gym workout routine.
Little nutritional guidance, but emphasis on hitting protein target per day, we have now completed
a massive strength building phase.
Starting at around 72kg, growing all the way up to 83kg, and now back to 78kg within a healthy
12 months..
Our goal now is to tighten the mid-section whilst continuing to add muscle tissue.
